I am the creator of a healthy eating weight loss programme Diet Disrupter, an online programme that helps to nourish the body, lose excess weight and inches, and focuses on health without following traditional dieting methods. I also developed The BODY RESET Challenge, a 10 day programme that works towards helping to reduce bloating, reclaiming energy, and kickstart weight loss.
I'm the author of 2 Recipes eBooks: Recipe High Five that provides simple, healthy and tasty meals using just 5 key ingredients and in 5 easy to follow steps. Also, I recently launched Healthy Every Day which provides recipes to help you eat well and stay healthy every day.
I'm a certified Nutritional Therapist and a Healthy Chef. I love food and I love cooking and regularly provide cooking demonstrations and enjoy live cooking. I was a regular chef on STV's award winning Live At Five lifestyle programme demonstrating how quick and easy my delicious recipes are. I want to show you that eating healthy can be very simple.

I'm an ordinary Mum of two young kids and a teenage step-daughter. However, at 43 I feel healthier and fitter than I have ever been. I am full of energy, strong, lean and happy with how I look and feel. But I didn't always feel this way.
I have always been uncomfortable in my own body and spend the best part of my life on diets. I have tried all the diets under the sun. Approaching the big 40 milestone was what spurned me on to do something totally different. I made a commitment to myself that no matter what I did I would stick at it. I started in small steps and chose to make one change – to do some exercise, consistently. I had a busy job, long commutes, and a young family so gym sessions or anything that took too long wasn't an option. When I started feeling the benefits of exercise I questioned what I ate and what society 'told' us was healthy but always questioned why I still felt bloated, lacking energy, suffered brain fogs and afternoon slumps. So I did my own research and testing. I was interested in the nutritional element of food and how food can affect how we feel. Fuelling my body correctly and enjoying foods that nourished my body. I was so thirsty for knowledge I signed up for a nutrition course. I absolutely loved it and became a certified Nutritional Therapist.
I'm constantly learning and experimenting to see what works for me. I have learned that although exercise is important, the food that you eat plays a bigger part in your overall health. The more I learn the more I want to share that it's not all about calorie counting and that there is a better way to get healthy rather than the traditional 'dieting' methods that have been drummed into us.
The journey I have been on has been incredible. I have FINALLY found the recipe for being healthy and happy. I have an overwhelming urge to tell anyone that will listen everything I know and to help others on their health journey too. I want everyone to look and feel as great as I do. So much so that I gave up my career in the Financial Services industry as a Marketing Manager in October 2015 to motivate and inspire people to make positive changes through healthy eating.
I would love to be your health angel. I want to share my knowledge with you. I want to motivate you to start your own journey and to give you the encouragement to continue. I promise it can be very simple. Just take it in small manageable steps, like I did, and just start.
